Joe Collins put on a wonderful game at Wargames today. The Battle of Denniwitz (Wiki article). This 1813 battle pit the Prussians, the Russians and Swedes up against the might of France. The game featured 2 major objectives that by the end were split between the Prussians and the French. It then came down to army exhaustion. The Prussians prevailed in this. In reality the French did not take either objective so the players came to a conclusion that was better than the historical outcome.
